When Will My Order ship?
It takes 2-3 business days to process, freeze, and prepare your order for shipping. We ship on Monday-Wednesday. Tracking info will be emailed once it's ready to ship!
Will My Order Ship Frozen?
Orders are all processed and frozen for delivery. There may be some thawing but still safe per the USDA guidelines.
What Is The Grade Of The Beef
All our beef is graded Upper Choice/Prime
Is Your Beef Grass Finished?
No, but we can special order it in for you. Just send us an email to start the process.
We source all vegetarian feed finished beef, and we seek out non GMO and organic grain finish where possible. We believe it provides better marbling and robust flavor, but that's the chef in Josh!
Does Your Beef Have RNA, Antibiotics or Hormones?
Hard No. We only work with and source from ranches and suppliers that we trust to meet our brand standards. No Antibiotics, Hormones or RNA.
